Anyway, I thought I’d hit it up again and switch the style around. I have better plans for this domain now to become my blog where I can just rant freely. I’m working on Holfy trying to get it going at this point so you will have to bear with me.

Okay well the site has been moved, uploaded, tweaked, manipulated and sifted through in every which way as to meet up to the standard that I am happy with.

I decided to give up on having a completely custom made homepage as clearly Internet Explorer is a stupid program and for some unknown reason BatMs.com just couldn’t be viewed correctly. However Firefox, Opera, Safari or Chrome didn’t seem to have any of these problems. That is not a worry any more as I decided to just keep the site sitting here as a WordPress blog.

As you can clearly see, I have stickied the welcome message as so that is what will be seen every time you enter the site.

Setting up Google Adsense was not a worry as I just renamed the “BatMs.com Index” chanel to match the new site and just created new ad blocks to fit in with the site. As you know Google will not allow you to have more than four ad blocks on one page, so setting everything up to match and allow for extra ads was more than fun. Everything seems to be working fine so I think I got it right. To get the site matching I had to edit 5 different templates and do pretty much the exact same thing to all of them.

Apart from that the only things that really took any time were getting the “About” and “Links” pages set out correctly. I also decided to create myself a Playlist so that you can listen to some of the songs that I like to enjoy.

Hello and welcome to the all new style BatM site layout. I take it by now if you knew the old site you would have realised that the domain has now moved from BatMs.com to BatM.com.au. This is for two reasons. #1 I wanted to leave the main root directory of BatMs.com bare and just use subdomains if I wish. #2 So that I can get listed better in searches for BatM and also now because of the .com.au domain, Australian Only searches.

BatM purchased the BatMs.com domain in November of 2007. Since its purchase I have used the BatM’s domain to my full advantage with such things as personalised email addresses and also my ForLog. Not shortly after I also bought this here BatM.com.au domain, after all I am Australian and I am BatM! Now I have finally decided to move everything, except the ForLog, over to this domain.

Feel free to browse around the site and see if there is anything that you may find interesting, after all if BatM JuaN really could have a middle name it would be “Random”. Just take a look at The BatM ForLog for all of the proof you will ever need.
